Our new Surface Mount Technology (SMT) line features a Juki KE-1080L High Speed Flexible Mounter (14,500 CPH) equipped with a high-resolution camera upgrade, for precise placement of complex footprints such as BGA and micro-BGA packages. This machine can easily handle component packages down to 01005 and up to 74mm. We also have over 100 different feeders in various sizes and technologies which ensures we have the tools necessary to handle even the most complex BOMs.
